Help The Talent Academy (HTT) boasts of some of the best grassroots coaches in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, charged with the responsibility of getting the best out of your wards.
These coaches work directly with young football players in different centres across both countries, building their skills and shaping their minds.
Here are the coaches of HTT in Nigeria and key information for you to learn about them.
Coach Ighele David Efi

Coach Ighele David Efi is the head coach of HTT in Nigeria, combining his responsibilities of training the players with managing the other coaches.
He draws his coaching inspiration from the great Zinedine Zidane who rubberstamped his name in the history books of football in his time at Real Madrid.
Zidane coached Real Madrid to three Champions League titles, two La Liga titles, two UEFA Super Cups, two Spanish Supercopas and two Club World Cups across two different spells as manager. Not a bad role model to have at all.
Coach Ighele’s favourite drill is the ‘Rondo’ which is an effective way to develop a player\’s ability to maintain possession under pressure, improve their ball control, and enhance their passing accuracy.
The \”Rondo\” drill is a soccer training exercise commonly used to improve a player\’s passing, ball control, and quick decision-making skills. It is particularly associated with the coaching methods of Barcelona FC and their emphasis on maintaining possession of the ball.
These are the types of high-level coaching your wards will be exposed to at HTT from a very young age.
The head coach’s favourite player is Victor Osimhen, the Nigerian striker who struts his stuff for Italian club Napoli and is known for his passion, intensity and goals on the field of play.
As far as motivation goals, coach Ighele David Efi believes that you should “treat others as you want others to treat you” exemplifying the kind of care with which HTT players are handled.
Coach Ajikobi Daniel

Ajikobi Daniel is an apprentice coach who understudies and offers helping hands to the smooth running of training.
He prefers to run a passing drill as his focus is on making sure HTT trainees are technically equipped to compete with the best in the world.
His favourite coach is Jose Mourinho, a man who needs no introduction thanks to his managerial exploits at the highest levels of world football with top clubs like FC Porto, Chelsea, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, Manchester United, Tottenham and now AS Roma.
Coach Daniel revealed his favourite player to be John Terry which is no coincidence as the English defender is one of the biggest disciples of Mourinho.
Coach Daniel Ajikobi has a uniquely interesting philosophical approach though with his favourite motivational quote reading: “I rather wrong the world than the world to wrong me”.
Coach Samuel Babatunde

Coach Samuel Babatunde is an assistant coach with a presence, also motivated by the great Jose Mourinho.
His coaching style emphasises dribbling as he encourages expression in the players under his care.
Coach Samuel’s favourite player is Cristiano Ronaldo, the legendary Portuguese international who is widely regarded as one of the greatest players of all time.
That ideology checks out as coach Samuel encourages his players to be passionate just like Ronaldo.
“Be passionate about everything you do, because passion is the drive that keeps us all going,” are his own words of motivation, exactly the kind of message you want to be instilled in your kids from an early age.
Ebiye Silver

Coach Ebiye Silver works as an assistant coach/welfare manager for HTT, ensuring that the players are well taken care of and equipped with all that they need.
She draws her inspiration from one of the greatest coaches in football history, Pep Guardiola. The Spaniard who has won it all for some of the biggest clubs in the world at Barcelona, Bayern Munich and now Manchester City is not a bad role model to have.
Much like Guardiola, Coach Ebiye places great emphasis on technical ability as she prefers shooting and ball control drills above all else.
It is also no surprise that her favourite player is Lionel Messi, a player who has literally won it all in football and embodies shooting and ball control like no else.
Coach Ebiye prefers to go with a hopeful approach to motivation, \”If you can dream it you can do it\” is her favourite quote, exactly the kind of teachings bestowed on HTT players.
