HTT Academy recognizes this and has taken steps to provide high-quality training to aspiring coaches with the Coaches Apprenticeship Training program. A physical training session was held at Lagos State Model Junior College Meiran on Saturday 28^th of January 2023.

The event was a huge success, bringing together coaches from the program to learn, and grow in the field of football coaching. The program was designed to provide hands-on learning through apprenticeship, allowing coaches to gain practical experience while working under the guidance of experienced coaches.

The program covers a wide range of topics, including coaching philosophy, game analysis, tactical planning, player development, and leadership. The training also includes workshops, seminars, and mentorship opportunities that provide the coaches with a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of football coaching.
